The Inclusion and Professional Support Program (IPSP) is an integrated and consolidated approach to meeting the inclusion and professional support needs of child care services and is an important part of the larger Child Care Support Program.
The aim of the IPSP is to promote and maintain high quality care and inclusion for all children in eligible child care services, by increasing the skill level of carers, service staff and management in line with nationally consistent priorities.

IPSU performs the same role as the PSC except they work with Australian Government funded Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-run child care services. They also help PSCs to support child care services that employ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and/or care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.

The Noah's Ark Resource Library and Advisory Service provide resources for loan to child care services building on their capacity to provide quality inclusive childcare. The Resource Library will provide up-to-date information and resources on child care practice, research findings and assist in meeting the inclusion and professional support needs of eligible child care services. General resources are provided on loan to eligible child care services and include in-service training materials, fact sheets, journals, textbooks and professional literature, as well as other resources that support quality programs such as books, literature, resources and toys that support cultural inclusion and bilingual education for child care workers and children.
